Are you familiar with runner’s knee?

The most common cause of the pain in the knee joint is the so-called runner’s knee. And it starts right over here.

It is also called the patella femoral pain syndrome. But how does it happen and what causes it?

The patella can be found over here and it sits in the femoral truck, clear a groove covered in smooth cartilage that allows the patella to glide in it.

If there is too much force applied here and too often the cartilage can be damaged.

Try to recall the most common cause of knee pain, a just explained.

Let’s discuss about jumper’s knee

So the patella in the knee joint can handle the force during jumping rather well, but other structures in the knee joint cannot.

So for example, the tibial to voracity over here and the patellar tendon over here can be damaged and inflamed and that can cause pain in the knee joint, namely this condition over here.

Osgood Slaughter’s disease can cause inflammation in the tibial to voracity, and the patellar tendinitis causes inflammation in the patellar tendon.

Try to recall two causes of knee pain, I just explained.

Discussion about abdomen pulsations after eating

Now, if I were to cut open my abdomen like this and open it up, you would be able to see the abdominal arteries over here.

These arteries are important for bringing blood to our guts so that that blood can then return through the veins and bring nutrients to the rest of the human body.

After a meal, these arteries become dilated so that they can bring more blood to the guts and therefore, this can be felt as a pulsating sensation in the abdomen.

But not all causes of pulsation in the abdomen are harmless and silly. Some dangerous conditions, such as aortic aneurysm, can cause pulsation in the abdomen.
