Sometimes medicines for high blood pressure diseases fail and lead to serious side effects

High blood pressure, known as hypertension, is the root of many deadly diseases commonly known as today. Blood pressure that is above normal is called high blood pressure. Our body blood pressure changes regularly throughout the day from time to time depending on our daily activities. But having consistently high blood pressure above the normal range is called Hypertension.

Persistent high blood pressure is very dangerous for a person’s health and he should see a doctor as soon as possible. Symptoms of high blood pressure include morning headaches, nosebleeds, irregular heart rhythm, blurred vision and ringing in the ears. High blood pressure can also cause fatigue, pain, confusion, anxiety, chest pain, and muscle tremors.

Hypertension is an incurable disease, but it can be controlled through the use of appropriate medication and lifestyle changes. A person should regularly take the medicines prescribed by the doctor and make the changes in the daily lifestyle to adequately counteract this disease. Daily walk, exercise and yoga are usually recommended by doctors to control high blood pressure.
