Discussion about abdomen pulsations after eating

Now, if I were to cut open my abdomen like this and open it up, you would be able to see the abdominal arteries over here.

These arteries are important for bringing blood to our guts so that that blood can then return through the veins and bring nutrients to the rest of the human body.

After a meal, these arteries become dilated so that they can bring more blood to the guts and therefore, this can be felt as a pulsating sensation in the abdomen.

But not all causes of pulsation in the abdomen are harmless and silly. Some dangerous conditions, such as aortic aneurysm, can cause pulsation in the abdomen.
